You may cancel a reservation at no charge, and cancelling does not incur a fee.
Changes to your booking
You can change the time, pickup or destination of a booking by contacting dispatch. We will requote the flat rate if the route changes, and confirm the new price before you travel.
Special events and large vehicles
For weddings, group bookings and multi-vehicle events, specific terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
