BILLINGS LIMOUSINE SERVICES
Boston car service airport accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Guaranteed Bank Checks. When using a corporate or individual account, we request a voucher and authorization for the individual(s) using the services. If there is ever a problem with your billing, please call the office at (781) 767-7500.
CORPORATE & INDIVIDUAL CHEAP LIMOUSINE RATES
Corporate & Individual special rates are available to customers who hold an account with us. Tailored services can be arranged.
ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED LIMOUSINE AND CAR SERVICE USERS
You may request additional names on your limousine and car service account, as authorized users such as your children, family members etc. by calling 781-767-7500 You will be held responsible for all car service and limousine arrangements made by your authorized users.
GRATUITY
Rates do not include a customary 20% professional chauffeur’s gratuity. Gratuity is awarded by clients on a voluntary basis and should be based upon the service provided by your chauffeur.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All additional charges, including but not limited to tolls, parking fees, airport Tax, cart, extra stops, waiting time, holidays surcharge, early or late pickup, License Fee, will be itemized on each invoice.

HOURLY RATES
Sedan rates, for nonpoint-to-point travel, will be billed at $49.00 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. If within 9 miles Radius in Boston outside the 9 miles is subject to a 9% fuel surcharge. Fractions of an hour are charged at a half-hour rate.
PROMOTIONAL FARE OFFERS
As the way to say thank you we may offer you a promotional fare.
TOLLS
Passengers are responsible for any tolls incurred throughout the trip. You will be charged the full toll rate. Tolls may vary from trip to trip based upon the route taken. Round trip tolls will be charged on trips where the driver has to return to Boston.
SPECIAL INTERNET RATES
Available via e-mail reservation only. Special Internet Rates save you money. To secure your reservation, we require up-front payment with your credit card.
RATE CHANGES
All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect the actual tolls, parking fees, Airport Taxes additional stops and waiting time. Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine and its Affiliates reserve the right to change rates at any time without notice.
HOLIDAYS
A $15.00 U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Holiday surcharges also apply to additional holidays in locations outside of the United States.

SAFETY CONCERNS
We carry many passengers for whom safety is a concern, including lone female travelers, and occasionally unaccompanied minors and we take your safety very seriously. As an extra security precaution, we can arrange for a password to be exchanged between the passenger and the driver. Additionally, if you are particularly comfortable with a specific driver, feel free to request that person and we will do all we can to meet your request.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OUTSIDE THE U.S.
If services are provided in another country, we will convert the fare into U.S. Dollars. The currency conversion rate will be calculated based on the date of processing.
PETS
Trained service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities are the only animals permitted in our cars
ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME
Please meet your car at the scheduled pick up time and location. For airport pickup: there is a 30-minute grace period allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time and a 45-minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. Private Airport and train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. A 10-minute grace period is granted for all other pickups. After the above-specified grace period expires, the passenger will be charged $25.00 for the first half-hour and an additional $8.25 every 15 minute period thereafter. Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine monitors all commercial flights and the grace period begins at the posted time of arrival. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights or luggage delivery for pick-ups at the airport.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
The fare quoted online does not include any additional stops made during your trip. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops, in advance, by speaking with a phone reservation at (781) 267-6086 There are many possible definitions of what is and is not a stop, just as there are possible prices. Below are some possible scenarios:
- An en route, quick (less than 5 minutes) stop for a newspaper or coffee is a courtesy Elite Boston Car Service offer to our customers at no charge.
- An additional passenger jumping out at a red light, even when it is en route, is considered a chargeable stop.
- A stop en route is priced differently than a stop not en route. A stop out of town on the way to a further point is priced differently than a stop in one borough on the way to another. “Out-of-town stops begin at $10.00 per stop in the same town. Stops en route are 50% of the rate to the town (can also be revert to the hourly rates” Wait and return from out of town points are full price plus 50% of the full price for return. We reserve the right to limit the number of reservations and to give the first and the highest priority to our committed customers taken at peak periods and during inclement weather conditions. We promise to do everything possible to be on time for all reservations, but there may be situations due to circumstances beyond our control where we may be few minutes late. Non confirmed reservation will result in no car to be dispatched
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW FEES
- Cancellation of sedans within six hours of the scheduled pickup will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus an 18% service fee. A “no-show” fee is equal to the base fare price of the trip, an 18% service fee, and any applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid this fee, call 1-781-267-6086 when you cannot locate your sedan.
- vans/ minibusses with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a customary 20% professional chauffeur’s gratuity, and any applicable wait time fees.
- Cancellation of limousines with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a customary 20% professional chauffeur’s gratuity, and any applicable wait time fees. Cancellation of coordinators with less than three hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
- Cancellation of SUV’s with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a customary 20% professional chauffeur’s gratuity, and any applicable wait time fees.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate a property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can report it in our Lost & Found form or you may also call our office at (781) 267-6086 for our customer service department.
- Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates.
DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Service and Limousine and its Affiliates are not responsible for circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, acts of terrorism, weather delays… etc.
TERMINATION OF ANY RESERVATION BY ELITE BOSTON CAR SERVICE AND LIMOUSINE OR ITS AFFILIATES:
reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal substance if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the Renter and/or Party of the Renter
Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine further reserves the right to refuse service in its sole discretion. This is without exception. Also, any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on the cost of damage. Any person or persons that get sick in a vehicle also will be charged a minimum fee of $ 250.00 (final cost is charged when the bill is received from detail shop).
VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY.
Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.
Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OR CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND OTHER TORTS.
YOU AND Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. EACH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE REMEDIES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ALLOCATE THE RISKS OF SERVICE NON-CONFORMITY AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine FARES FOR SERVICES REFLECT AND ARE SET IN RELIANCE UPON, THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine.
You agree to reimburse Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. for its legal fees and expenses of instituting (or defending) a lawsuit by (or against) you.
These Service Terms (and any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site (including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. and you, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. and you. No action (or inaction) by Elite Boston Car Service and Limousine. may be construed as a waiver of these Service Terms (or any part). If any of the provisions of these Service Terms are held to be unenforceable by a court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Service Terms will continue in full force and effect.
